      Things have become very bad here.

      A true lack of care for the Aids patients new to the area. Denial of medical is frequent for many unqualified reasons. Mostly, to save money and add perks to the current administration. this place claims to give treatment to the uninsured but we have had to deny them treatment many times.

      Advice to Management

      Start over with a fresh group from the top down.

      Despite considerable advances in the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS over the past 30 years, HIV infection rates have remained stagnant in the United States for the past decade. A study by researchers at the Yale Global Health Leadership Institute (GHLI) examines links between spending on social services and public health and AIDS deaths in the United States. The study was published online in the journal AIDS.

      The researchers reviewed data between 2000 and 2009 from all 50 states regarding HIV/AIDS case rates and AIDS deaths. They found that states with higher spending on social services and public health — such as education and income support — per person living in poverty (according to the federal poverty threshold) had significantly lower HIV/AIDS case rates and fewer AIDS deaths.

      What is very much apparent that is a part of my address to you already sent is that my direct case management experiences with Cinamon Romero when I was involved in what would be an 11-month hate and harassment campaign targeted against me. 

      There is a history of emails sent to her during this time.  In particular are the emails relating to the August 2016 Business meeting with Jennifer Mattock of Pillar Properties LLC and Darrell Johnson of Chesney Kleinjohn.  This is where I describe the attitude of Mr. Johnson at the start of this meeting for which he had to apologize for his rudeness.

      What was underway was a collusion and conspiracy to cause chaos and turmoil in the life of tenant resident apt #112 which was me.  The end game was eviction.  The director of this agenda was not Rocky Mountain Cares, however, Cinamon Romero did not properly represent my side or interests in that meeting. 

      Later in October is when I wrote to Ms. Romero the status of the claims of an transferred ownership of a bicycle by another internal resident tenant of Chesney KleinJohn Apartments.  This bicycle was left over property of a unexpected personally not invited by me guest who caused a mess by intentionally throwing up in my apartment during the month of April.   This person who owned this bicycle upon his arrival to become sick and taken to the hospital thus abandoning this bicycle.  The person who invited this man over was Mr. Mauwa Harris who later would be captured on video making adisturbance after reasonable hours in front of the building.   This after I already told him that he was not welcomed here.  He would not listen to rhyme or reason to any boundaries that I attempted to make with his actions and attitude during his brief encounter with my adult consensual practices school project.

      I took this video clip of the disturbance and posted this to Facebook.   The connection point of internal to the building was this harassment being generated was proved in October.   These events were detailed and described to the eviction that was filed against me on November 30th 2016.

      What is unfair in this conspiracy of hate and harassment targeted against me is that at every step of the way on social media, I have been blocked from my ability to bring this story forward truthfully and accurately until most recently.

      Shannon Southall blocks me on facebook to the Rocky Mountain Cares Facebook page.   Why?   Because she knows the truth to these matters.  And so does Cinamon Romero.  And with your call to the Police Detective's office prior to my visiting Denver, I take it also that you know the truth.

      QUESTION I DESERVE AN ANSWER TO:
      Why is it that no one will speak the truth in these matters?

      What is showing on Glassdoor for Colorado Health Network collaborates my side of the story when you take the consideration that these reviews appear 2 weeks after I had to leave town after living in my car trying to get the attention of CEO Darrell Vigil.  It was Jamie Villalobos and Angela Keady that were directly responsible for this hate and harassment campaign and is why they have their own folder presented with even more detailed correspondences of my attempts to bring forward the truth.



      Can this truth finally be told to the community or are you too going to slide under the radar of cloak and dagger routines, which are patterned memetic presences means you have something to hide in all of this too.

      When I would like to find that these spaces @fuckeduphuman.net are only a temporary state of reconciliation options at peace building.

      If you do nothing, you must realize that I have some allies in 2018.  First, on the site of LinkedIn Help Support Case Ticketing and then also on the site of MyHIVTEAM.COM where my story is standing.

      This is an embarrassment of the Denver HIV Social Services --- if left unaddressed you may find your funding pulled. 

      Because, during my trip, I had an encounter with one of the staff personnel that does the funds appropriations.  His name is Josh.  I am going to be speaking with Josh once again if I am not able to have a conversation regarding these matters.  I have already informed Josh that he should check out the Glassdoor reviews for Colorado Health Network.

      Pros

      Brand new facility, friendly coworkers, easy access to downtown. Interviews are too easy. Great benefits. Benefits those less fortunate.

      Cons

      Oppressive leadership, disingenuous management, dishonest business practices. I really wan to like this place but the management could use some training. I have witnessed some dishonest business practices going on here. Toxic work environment. Pay is very low. Upper level management is very elitist, discriminating, and oppressive toward other staff.

      Advice to Management

      Take some training courses to learn how to perform your job better. Many may have landed in their current positions due to the Peter Principle. Do some house cleaning, see who actually contributes to the successful functioning of the company and trim the fat. Just because someone is fun outside of work and makes you laugh does not mean they are competent managers that need to be leading other people. Take a look in the mirror.

      Interfacing Glassdoor Data onto LinkedIn Social Networking --- A Relief Of Circumstances would be the result.

      Dear LinkedIn Community:

      I would like to see a partnership between LinkedIn and Glassdoor where the glassdoor reviews would be directly accessible via LinkedIn Search Results on Company Profiles.

      Apparently, Glassdoor is where there is showing a conspiracy in the Ryan White Care Act Funded Social Service Agency Non-Profit Corporations. When you attempt to interface these facts across the social mediums, all that I receive is member to member blocking as though they don't want to interface with the truth. It would be helpful that Glassdoor employee to company reviews be treated seriously enough to hold weight and then hold a truth conversation on LinkedIn as the leading professionals networking site.

      Pros

      The community members living with HIV are some of the most dynamic and resilient people you may ever meet. Working with those who are still suffering profoundly impacts your deeply and personally. CAP has a mostly young vibe and the work is interesting due to its complex nature. Downtown location is convenient.

      Cons

      Management is hostile to the union represented staff. The organization only works with a narrow part of the community yet markets something different to look more comprehensive than it is. Much of upper management is threatened by change, is conflict avoidant to the point of dysfunction and is retaliatory when confronted. Often, people with poor skills are promoted to leadership and this creates frustration and a sense of unfairness highlighting backroom agreements meant to undermine. Morale is dreadful. In the past few years most staff have been fired, pressured to leave, or asked to work with compromised ethics. Gay, black, HIV+, and trans identified staff have been systematically marginalized. CAP treated HIV+ staff as second class citizens, ignored client request for change, and silences critics. If you go against CAP, even if justified, you will find it hard to work in the HIV community in Portland. The board is completely distant from the staff and the clients being served, and act condescending and unhelpful. You would think if 50% of the staff leave in a few months time, it might be a wake up call that there are big problems that can't be dismissed as "disgruntled" staff. Since CAP is the only game in town for HIV related needs, they have no checks and balances and no accountability when they injure the community they are claiming they serve.

      Advice to Management

      Stop displaying images and raising money through deception. Admit you do not serve the community at large and close your doors. CAP is not about HIV anymore, it's about retaining jobs and keeping people working at the expense of programing and directives that empower. If you want to be a LGBTQ health center then so be it, but do not pretend you are helping people living with HIV, because you are not. You are only focusing on addicts and the mentally ill. Also, an LGBTQ health group or HIV group with no gay or HIV+ leaders, or people of color managing direct services means you will be just like any other colonized public health care model that delivers incompetent care. The community does not need public health zombies, we have them already. We also do not need tokenized minorities to cover for the heteronormative, white, middle class faux professionalism that is the root of the HIV pandemic to begin with, and abundantly present in CAP management's ranks. There is a big problem when the public adores you and your clients and the community you claim to serve would rather go without then be at the mercy of a place they distrust and dislike.

      I claim that this problem that is described in detail in this review is not just a local issue but is systemic and nationally affected the client based of HIV/AIDS patients. As this last statement implies, would rather go without services instead of interfacing with dysfunctional service organizations, this problem is showing in many locales on Glassdoor.

These two symbols are sourced from the African adinkra symbolic communication system and much can be utilized in the entire adinkra Set of symbols to the creation of a new communication tool.
