I am assuming --- but will not break my code of security for any execptons.

All legitimate person(s) willh a purposeful business reason to call me will LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE on whatever number they are callinhg to thast purpose.   Even if there is no greeting.  A beep says continue with your voice message to why you are dialing the number already.

If you want to keep the confidentiality, that is not an issue that cannot be addressed in that type of initiation of voice mail call back progression.

Recently, i had to change my cell number because of the harraserrs that are ACTUALLY TARGETING ME in some way spoof the caller id to represent the VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE center when they were not. 

I answer the phone for no calls who I am not expecting a call from.

I am not expecting a call from you except for what I have written in email.

That is beyond the individual emails that I have sent ----- because this statement of usage of my phone numbers and reasons to use my number will follow this logic. 

You are not a legitimate caller ; or have no true urgency on contracting me if you do not leave a voice mail.

This is a letter webfiled to my case manager Cinamon Romero of Rocky Mountain CARES here in Denver Colorado. This has not yet been direct email sent. This sent as primary source copy to webfile to show her the level to which the cliff of the last final step is approaching and people are going walk the walk of fools and shame to step off that final step to fall off the cliff.
